Why Solid Tyres on Linde Trucks

Linde trucks are common in food, pharmaceutical and retail distribution — environments where a stalled truck blocks narrow aisles and a black tyre mark on the floor is a compliance problem. Solid tyres keep Linde fleets moving without puncture downtime, and non-marking compounds are available across the common Linde fitments.

Fitment Notes

Linde has used several rim systems across its series — fitment details matter more here than on many other brands. Send us the markings from your current tyres or a rim drawing, and JABIL confirms the exact fitment, compound and load rating before production.

Quality & OEM Branding

JABIL is an independent solid tyre manufacturer in Dongying, Shandong. We supply replacement tyres matched by size, load rating and duty cycle, and we offer OEM sidewall marking and custom packaging under the buyer's own registered brand. We do not apply third-party trademarks such as Linde — this is a legal red line in our OEM policy.

Linde Solid Tyre FAQs

Which Linde trucks commonly run solid tyres?

The E20–E35 electric counterbalance class and the H20–H35 IC class are the most common solid tyre applications we see. Fitment is confirmed by tyre size and rim, not model name.

Linde rims can differ by series. How do I confirm fitment?

Send us a photo of the tyre sidewall markings or your rim drawing. We verify rim width, diameter and fixing before quoting — this avoids returns and downtime.

Is a non-marking solid tyre available for Linde fleets?

Yes — light-grey non-marking compounds are available in the common Linde sizes, the default choice for food, pharma and retail floors. Non-marking tyres typically wear faster than black rubber; we will quote both so you can compare cost per hour.

Can JABIL mark tyres with our own brand for our Linde fleet?

Yes — OEM sidewall marking with your own registered brand is available for established buyers. We do not apply third-party trademarks such as Linde.

What is the MOQ and lead time?

Trial orders are possible; economical orders are mixed sizes from one container. Lead time is typically 2–4 weeks. Contact the sales team for a current schedule.

How long do solid tyres last on indoor Linde trucks?

Service life depends on load, speed, floor condition and duty cycle. On well-maintained indoor trucks, solid tyres commonly last several times longer than the pneumatics they replace. Send your operating conditions for a compound recommendation.
