JABIL operates dedicated production lines for industrial solid tyres in Guangrao, Shandong. Our quality control process spans every stage — from incoming materials to pre-shipment inspection.
8-Stage Quality Control
Every tyre we ship goes through a systematic inspection process. This is not just a final check — quality is built in at every stage of production.
Raw Material Testing
Natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and carbon black are tested for purity, hardness rating, and batch consistency before entering production. We work with certified rubber suppliers from established sourcing regions.
Compound Preparation
Rubber compound formulations are precisely mixed using computerised mixing systems. Different compound formulas are maintained for standard black, non-marking, anti-static, and cold-storage applications.
Moulding & Vulcanisation
Tyre blanks are press-moulded under controlled temperature and pressure. Vulcanisation time and temperature profiles are set and monitored for each size to ensure uniform density and cure.
Dimensional Inspection
Finished tyres are measured for overall diameter, section width, and drive width accuracy against specification tolerances. Tyres outside tolerance are quarantined and reviewed.
Hardness Testing
Shore A hardness is tested at multiple points across each production batch to verify compound consistency throughout.
Load Capacity Verification
Batch samples are load-tested to verify that the tyre meets the stated load rating. Test records are maintained for traceability.
Visual & Surface Inspection
Each tyre is visually inspected for surface defects, bead integrity, and mould flash before being passed for packaging.
Packing & Pre-shipment Check
Tyres are individually wrapped and labelled. A final pre-shipment inspection covers quantity, marking accuracy, and packing condition before container loading.
